BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Burgers are good but the fries are always undercooked or soft and oily. Unfortunately if you order delivery it will be a soggy mess by the time it gets to you. I wish they would fix this issue, I throw away the fries every time its a total waste unless you like soggy fries.

As a family, we usually love eating at BurgerFi, however, we were disappointed today. After waiting much longer than usual for our food, I went up to the counter to see it was ready, our buzzer just never buzzed. (Dead batteries perhaps) but no apology or anything. The fries and burgers were pretty cool at this point. Then one of our burgers was incorrect, we were given the wrong burger. Normally frequent this location. Tonight for the "buy one get one for $1", they failed miserably. The restaurant had a little rush when i arrived at 9:25 pm, i was finally able to place an order for two veggie burgers to go at 9:35 pm. Me and my girlfriend waited patiently for 30 whole minutes while we watched the entire rush get their food before we got ours. It was my first time, burger and fried chicken sandwich was good. I loved the fries, i did not give it a higher review because took 20 mins to receive our food and food was not warm. Maybe next time

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. The staff is completely incompetent and clearly cannot read the tickets that are given to them. MY ORDER IS WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER. Not just once or twice.. EVERY TIME. I normally don’t complain and just asked I‎t be fixed, but today was the last straw. And then of course I try and call to speak to a manager and the best I get is a voicemail!!! Greatttttt customer service. I will never eat here again.
