I ate there yesterday (Saturday) and had to wait in a very long line for a long time just to order my food!. They had 3 registers but staffed only one. If there was a Manager there, he or she played a disappearing act. The food was good and the staff who were there were great but it is obvious that the manager left them to suffer the consequences of being understaffed. If you see long line inside the door, stay away!

Was a very good place to have a Burger. Would rate it close to the top of My list of Burger Joints.
The food is delicious!! My fiancé and I had the Conflicted burgers tonight and Bernard made the experience that much better. Great people and great service!

We are here for a wedding and went there for lunch. Place was clean and workers were very pleasant. And so friendly. Although they screwed up our order twice, they were very apologetic and finally got it right, but all in all we loved it. We had a burger on the lettuce wrap and it was excellent. Going back to New York and wish we had a BURGERFI there
