Burger was wonderful, however the fries Parmesan fries were not that hot.
I love Burger Fi... However I was there yesterday after calling in my order...I ordered a double Burger Fi Burger with cheese, no Fi sauce extra Mayo add onion...the cashier, (whose name begins with a K) didn't add my cheese, so I got home to a dry ass double Burger with no cheese.. normally it wouldn't have been a big deal but im 8months pregnant, very specific about my food, spoke very clearly, waited all day for my dinner treat and drove from Strickland Rd just about. I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a fast burger but don't want a nasty chain style burger. This place is great and the portions are large for the price you pay.

45 minute wait. Plus order was wrong. Got second order that was wrong as well. By that time other food I ordered had gotten cold. Overpriced for the slow service. Will only eat there again cause I got a free coupon. But after that No.. NADA ever will I sacrifice the wait time
Absolutely AWEFULLL!!! & Waay overpriced for BASIC burger joint. 3$ soda + 6$ burger ×45 minute wait +order WRONG = 1st and last visit
Well I have a confession... I got frustrated with the employees! The food was good! It took almost 50 minutes to get our food! And then the workers were making comments like they see it's a line! Should know they have to wait! One girl said tell them it's gonna be 30 to 45 minutes! I said oh no I have already wanted that long! I will be placing a call! Out of pure luck we went there Saturday before a concert because another place nearby had an hour waiting time. My wife and I loved it, the CEO burger was AMAZING!!! The line was long, but totally worth the few extra minutes waiting (on a Saturday night, you're gonna wait most places anyway). My really only suggestion would be to have another cashier open or a "drinks only" line, we wanted more beer but didn't wanna have to wait that long again for it.
