Came in to finally try out this hidden gem. To be pleasantly greeted by the Souths nicest server Sarah! Her smile never faded. Her hospitality never faltered. Come in for a flavorful juicy burger, crispy fries, cold soda and a wonderful experience.
Located inside a Holiday Inn near downtown Paducah, this place is somewhat of a hidden gem. The service was as good as possible for how little staff they allowed to work the restaurant. We only saw one server working the entire restaurant. She sat us and served us the entire time with the utmost sense of urgency. The burgers were divine. We enjoyed them sitting outside near the historic Riverfront in downtown Paducah. If you want a delicious burger you won’t find anywhere else, try this place out.

Not just a hotel rest. I ate there many times during my stay. Amazing burgers. Stick to staff picks. Fresh beef, drippy goodness, so impressed.
I had the BT Boss Burger and fries tonight!!! It was phenomenal!!! I've had it several times but tonight was exceptional!.This was a kind of meal that you will crave! The cook was possibly named Rod! To whoever was the cook on 3-17-25, I tip my hat to you sir!!:
