Great food, but horrible customer service. Whoever the girl wearing the tie dye shirt today was needs to go through training again. I called an order in and after her not responding for a good minute she finally asked if I was going to order? After giving her my order, name and how long, she hung up and that was it. Fast forward to me picking it up, she just hands me the food, I tell her thank you, I get a "yup". Very poor communication with customers and definitely needs some work
I remember the Ambassador restaurant, and how good their Fish and Chips were, and I had your Ambassador Fish & Chips for the first time and they are the same as melt in your mouth fish that I remember. Wondering what other wonders you have there besides the best burgers in town and now Fish&Chips!
The good was good that is not my issue. How ever I don't believe they own a broom or a mop ! (For the kitchen area or the dining area ) We took our chances and are in. when the girl brought our food to the table it was all in to go boxes and bags. No one smiled and only told us to have a good night after we told them . First and last time I think !

Food was really good. Customer service was also good. Cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired though. Overflowing garbage cans and trash on the floor.
Their fish sandwich is great, I waited all day Friday, left work in Detroit and drove straight to burger Street just for their sandwich.That Good.
They have 'Ambassador' recipe on their sign.... They were darn good! My only disappointment was they were in a bag n not red-rubberbanded together.
