The menu was confusing, seeing how online says one thing but you get there and you’re told something different. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the food was okay, but I got home (live down the street) and my burger was cold.... i had to microwave it and the medium fry was comparable to a small from somewhere like McDonald’s. Won’t be going there again.

I have been going here since it opened and have recommended this place to many people. Today however I found a long black hair in my burger and when my husband went back to tell them and get his money back they didn’t seem to care. She just said accidents happen. I’m sorry but in food service hair coverings should be worn at all times so this does not happen. Off my list of places to go.
The rudest service ever!! Ordered four fish sandwiches, an order of onion rings and EXTRA ketchup on the side. Get to the window and check the bag, only four packs of ketchup, asked for some more ketchup and the girl at the window says “you’ll have to pay for that”. You can’t be serious, I just ordered all of this food and only get four packs of ketchup?!? The girl says “Huh” left there in disbelief, drove down to Meijers for a bottle of ketchup. it was filthy. we went inside and were going to eat in but everything, the doors, floors, tables, and even some employees we're dirty. the bathroom was a mess that i was told i didn't want to use. it smelled like a dirty, wet mop bucket from the moment we walked in... the food was good. the place however was absolutely disgusting. May 4th, 2019 at 830pm.
Always friendly and fast service. very clean and the food is super good! Fish sandwich is the best, three times the size of a fish sandwich from McDonald's and it's cheaper at Burger at.
