Ordered cibatta bun, got sour dough, which I despise, ordered double meat, got charged, but given one patty. Last time the regular fries were like greasy wet noodles. Won't go back.
RecommendedNeeds more employees and 2 people at the counter to take orders. Especially during lunch time. Took us 18minutes just to place our order. And they were only 3 people in front of us when we arrived. We saw people walking out after 10mins of waiting

My wife and I have been going to burger nation for about 2 years. Since the new owners you can see a big difference in customer service and friendly faces. We try to get something different each time we go. We have yet been disappointed . Great job Burger Nation...

Needs better customer service. It is awful. Can never place an order over the phone because they leave you on hold forever and forget about you and never hang up the phone so you can call back.
Great food as always! I had the hot cheeto burger and it was fantastic!
