Went in to get a burger and shake from their online order system. It said we might have to wait 10 minutes and was told in person the food wasn't ready yet. After an hour we found a different employee and asked if the food was ready yet and found out it had been sitting out for an unknown period of time, possible the whole while. Not only was our time wasted, but the good was soggy and lukewarm when we got it. Very disappointed and considering issuing a charge back on the tip.
The turkey burger was good but the fries made my neck hurt immediately after consuming just a couple of fries

Stephanie gave me +1 service! Yes burger lounge is more on the expensive side but the quality is better! Their thousand island sauce is a MUST! Today is really about the service Stephanie gave me! I ordered a milk shake and their house combo special that come with fries and drink for $11.95 when I received my meal and shake I was eating and she checked on me.
