Ordered the bison burger after asking if it was greasy and being told it wasnt. Got the burger and was ready to take a bite when the bun dripped between my fingers. The staff replaced it with a turkey burger (to go) and adjusted my bill/credit. Long story short, the turkey burger was barely cooked. The manager I talked with over the phone seemed to care less. Used to love this place.

Es la segunda vez que fui y me gusto porque tienen comida de la que me gusta sin hormonas y puedes pedir a tu gusto y tienen variedad de comida me encanto y su servicio exelelent.
I just called Burger Lounge and asked if they could run a paid to go order out to my car since I had sleeping children. Their answer, a big fat no! Looks like we will be looking for a new burger shop. Way to show your customer service Burger Lounge.
