The Burger King in Matteson Illinois has got to be the worst one there is. I ordered online got to the restaurant 25 minutes after I ordered and it was not ready and then I still had to wait another 15 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened they are so very slow. It is ridiculous. I will never go there again.
DISTRICT Manger was very friendly. Listen to my complaint. Said he would address the situation. Haven't been back there to see if she is still there.
