Visited BK today on N Monroe and they were out of whoppers/pickles/tomatoes. THEY WERE OUT OF WHOPPERS! How in the heck does the restaurant known for whoppers run out of whoppers?!? And it was earlier today like 12-1 o'clock 😖It's been awhile since I had one so I decided today was the day to indulge but no they had to run out 😤😡
So I had coupons for family meals including two Jr and Whoppers! well, no lettuce no tomatoes, taste. I have three little sandwiches I can eat while craping out the other. I thought I could exclude not cooking this weekend! Guess NOT!!!!!! will pass on survey....#nothereagain
Tried the new chicken parm sandwich tonight. It was cooked to death, chewy, tough, and inedible. Little to no sauce. The chicken nuggets I ordered were also overcooked and had a bitter, mealy flavor. Basically spent a good amount on a dinner for my family that was barely edible. Don't give this BK your business.
Pathetic! I got the 2 for 5 . chicken and fish. Both fried patties were a dark brown, kinda dry and basically overcooked. I came back with the receipt and a whole sand which and they treated me like I was trying to scam them . I called and they said they would remake it or refund the money. I've had it. I've overlooked the issues so many times and I'm just done. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal. Asked for no cheese. Asked to "go large". Asked for Diet Dr. Pepper. They didn't have Dr. Pepper... ok moving on. Got my order and (stupidly) drove away without looking in the bag. I got a breakfast sandwich with no EGG... but plenty of cheese. Got a small hashbrown. They have never gotten an order completely correct. EVER. This is the most poorly run place I've ever been to.
They were out of several items ranging from soda to even onion rings. The place was dirty. The manager which I think she was was grabbing food with no gloves and her hair was all wet and she was flinging it all over
Most chaotic fast food restaurant I've seen. Employees were disrespectful to each other, and just seemed overwhelmed. We won't be back.
