We will not return, to force people to drive all the way around the drive through again to add a simple product to an order is unprecedented. This location has a history of the poorest, "I don't care customer service around". Hardee's is coming soon and will gladly take the business, without the hassle, the Burger King just across the street is known for. UNBELIEVEABLE! We will never ever return to that Burger King! To get a burger with bacon on it limp and tiny pieces is unacceptable, no way near the advertised.
I came through drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with no lettuce ( I got lettuce) extra tomato ( I got 2) ordered LG root beer ( got Dr pepper) ugg they want you to bring it all back to get it how you ask for it to begin with, who has time for all that?
My 3 boys and i ate inside last night and the manager working was awesome. Best customer service Ive had at this location. Also my food was hot and fresh !
Literally got a Raw rubbery chicken bacon ranch only credit for the sandwich trash service and food.
REALLY Burger King?! My son runs after dinner while I am studying for finals - brings me back a fish sandwich that is so old it's chewy and hard along the edges. When I send him back to ask for a fresh fish sandwich, he returns with one that has tarter sauce EVERYWHERE. It was so obviously being done out of spite for (GOD FORBID) someone requesting that they serve a fish sandwich that doesn't need a warning label. I just sent my son back AGAIN, but I seriously don't want anything from there anymore.
Wrong order, cold sandwich no apologies:/ Had to go to counter 3 times to get what we needed.
