the burger King in Middletown Ohio sucks the drive thru people doesn't pay attention to orders and doesn't give the customer their order correctly about 75percent of the time they are incompetence
they have gone to the dogs on Food quality and service. will not ever eat there again unless they shut down an redo there restaurant an give employees an management a training course on how to serve hot food an be nice to the customers.
So I walk into Burger King. With my mask on. Guy behind the Cash register. takes my order. No mask on wearing it like a chin strap. See photo below Young lady working drive-through also no mask.See photo below. Not a big deal until Elderly man walks in. Manager and amediately tells him to leave because hes not wearing a mask. Refuses to wear masks... mask up Ohio!
Our last trip chicken fries were burnt. My plain sandwich had all the toppings. My 6 year old got spicy nuggets in her kids meal even though I ordered regular. It was a waste of money and time.
Saturday night at 5 o'clock no ketchup, food was cold. fries taste like cardboard. chicken nuggets burned. Both cooked in oil so old black crap all over both fries and nuggets. Waste of money, was disgusting
I got the cheesy jalopeno bites and they were so overcooked and in old grease there was no cheese even in them. and they were completely unedible
