Not polite stuff
They play the same ad on repeat for a cellular company on a tv and that is very loud in the dining room. My wife and I were passing through and didn’t want to eat in our cars. Awful experience. I asked for a contact for the owners to provide feedback and they refused.
They can't perform the function of listening and writing down, and they want to be good at something, these employees changed my snack for a spicy one, that's boring, going back there with this experience is boring
Now, here me out - they forgot the MOST important part of my delighted Burger King Order. MY DAMN SPRITE. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from here. They always forget something in my orders. I ordered TWO WHOPPERS and a MEDIUM SPRITE just to receive NO SPRITE. Y'all, order the McDonald's sprite instead.
