Did you say whopper? Love them!!!
This store has an inaccurate poster hanging in the drive through window. My friend asked them to remove it. The manager refused said they don't get involved in personal disputes, however did when they hung the poster. The manager called my friend a "bitch" when she asked for the poster to be removed. Later another family member went in and asked it to be removed. Manager again very rudely refused to take it down.
Me and my husband go here about 4 times a week I love it the staff is just the best never had an issue
I currently work here and yes we have our ups and downs but thats all of pueblo! If you treat your wait staff with respect then it will be returned stop treating us like we are beneath you!
Chilled out little BK. Staff is cool as hell and the veiw isn't half bad either.
Arrived for breakfast with my 2 yr old and never even got to eat. After waiting nearly 30 min, I requested a refund only to be told that I would need to wait for THAT as well until the orders were taken from the people in the lobby. The service was so poor that despite it being close to home, I will never eat there again.
Just spent a half hour in a dead lobby waiting for food that came out cold and wrong. Your all a bunch of fucking idiots.
Customer service is beyond poor! The last couple of times of going through the drive thru they have completely screwed up my order. The telephone number listed above does not work and the workers could care less if the customers order is right. Need new workers who actually care and will take the time to complete the order as it is given by the customers. Will NOT use the south side burger king anymore.
All three BK in Pueblo should be shut down! The employees don't deserve ¢5/ hour. The waits are ridiculous. I just sat in the drive thru, Eagleridge, for 15 minutes, for a whopper Jr and fries?? Wth? I can't wait till ALL fast food joints are closed and y'all got to get real jobs. Bunch of lazy ass people.
