The oreo sundae is not a sundae, it is just soft serve over oreo crumbs, I am so disappointed! this is not a sundae in anyway! the picture showed a layer of oreo and a layer of hot fudge, when I called they said only the hot fudge sundae came with hot fudge, but the picture on the menu says other wise. I would have given zero stars, but you can't

I usually love this burger king and I'm always satisfied with the food i purchased. Well this evening a had a issue need a refund on 1 meal and the Manager literally fought with me about it was so rude and unprofessional. Once the refund is complete i get my sons and my food that i need and of course its completely cold. Nasty Food. Worst experience ever at this location. It was late night, but the young men working really messed up. We ordered the 2 burger meal w/ no onion, the 2 for $6 Whopper and chicken original, large fries, #7 no pickle or onion and 2 medium drinks. At the window we added a small chicken nugget which he said he'd give to us. He handed me 2 drinks, 2 bags. " Have a good night." I asked if that was everything, he said it was, we drove home. everytime I go there they mess up my order. I order a number 8 which is a chicken sandwich meal with extra mayonnaise and what do I get a plain chicken sandwich. this why I dont go to Burger King that much anymore.
The tacos you sell are discusting! Shells are flat and not crisp! Wilted lettuce, no tomato! Also, who puts a slice of cheese in a taco!! It's not a burger! Totally disappointed.
