Ordered a Chicken Parmesan with just cheese. Got home and it had mayo,onion rings and lettuce.
The drive thru will take 20-30 mins no matter how many cars are in line.. Food seems to be going down hill also..
Was in drive thru at 11:25 pm we'll before closing time was told they didn't have any meat. Ask if they were going to cook some more and they said they didn't want to. So glad people don't want to do the job they're getting paid. But still want more money not to do it.
The food was really good as well as the service. I eat alot because of the food and service! It makes me feel good when I can go into somewhere and know that I'm going get that every time ! Keep up the good work Burger King and Thank you for being in Owensboro!
It would operate better if the employees,would stay of the cell phones and stop playing around.
Found hair in the food they refused the customers complaint wouldn't be here again in a million years
The food was excellent as always. But when you order a Whopper with no tomatoes no onion extra lettuce extra pickles. You get it home there onion 2 pickle slices and a few slivers of lettuce I'm thinking HUH????? Plus I asked if the fries were hot I was told yes. I checked before leaving they were cold. I told him he proceeded to scoop fries that was what was already in the bin. I got hot fries but that was was people not caring at all.
The lady at the drive through was nice. But I got a xl chicken sandwich. It was gross, burnt, and cold. I won't go back here again.
