Fries were undercooked. Burgers were overcooked and the buns looked and tasted like they were no-name grocery store buns. First time to a Burger Factory. I can't see any reason to go back. Terrible experience.
The food was terrible, $50 down the drain. I went to the register to complain about my food the worker had told me he is in training so I shouldn’t expect much. Also when I when I complained about the tornado fries being inedible, both workers had started speaking in Urdu and I believe they were speaking bad about us. Do not recommend this location save your money!!!
If you give them 5 stars, you get a free soda. Apart from that, it's a decent store with good food, but a lot more pricey for what its worth, but good food nonetheless.
They aren’t polite as to when they served the tornado fries it was over cooked and almost burnt. Then we heard them talking in a different language bad about us and how they shouldn’t serve us. Hospitality isn’t meeting expectations.
