Burgers were good, fries were not(cold and mushy) service at the register was not friendly. Also your chain should offer organic ketchup (Heinz offers it if you have a contact with them) I think the burgers are worth the service issues

As part of the Kaskaid Hospitality family, thought we would try Burger Burger today ~ the only problem.......we ordered way too much food ~ friendly staff and the food was quick, hot and delish !!

The food is excellent but the service could be a lot better. We were the second of two people in line and it probably took 10+ minutes before we were able to order. However, their animal style fries are just as good as In and Out

Excellent burger. Not a fan of the lettuce choice for the bunless option. My daughter has celiacs and loved her burger! They use safflower oil for their fries so her friend with nut allergies enjoyed her food as well! Fries were stellar super crispy outside and creamy inside. The burgers were cooked very well, juice and flavorful. We are a 5 Guys loving family and would gladly eat at Burger Burger again if it were closer!!
Good bison burger. 1st time eating there and definitely will go back.
Great Fresh Patty! Onion Rings were very good.
SERVICE WAS AWFUL.. The women that took orders were not very nice and snippy . My hamburger was cold .. wasn't busy at all

Thought we'd eat a shake with alcohol. Took over 10 mins to get it because the girl decided "she couldn't make it" but didn't tell anyone till I walked up & asked where it was. Also wasn't wearing a glove while breaking part cookies. Lots of alcohol in the shake almost makes up for how gross it is. Won't be eating here again.
