I came into red Robin, Rachelle was my server, and she was spectacular! She was really on top of her game, managing both the bar and at least four tables by herself . Probably the best experience I’ve had at red Robin in the last six months! She had my drink filled before I even thought about refilling it myself, Icon. Get this girl an Olympic medal in service.
The food was not great, but the whole reason. We came here because if pennywise, and wednesday, adams had a daughter, there's a server there that looks just like them. We call her wednesday wise say hello if you stop by.
I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in a long time. It was my daughter’s favorite restaurant. Had an awesome dinner here on the 4th of July. Staff were awesome, helpful, and friendly. My burger was among the best! Highly recommended!!
We went with a large family group of kids and adults for a birthday celebration. Chad was our server and was beyond exceptional. He repeated orders as we ordered and again when they were delivered. He was attentive to our drinks and refills as well as double checking with adults on kid refills. He checked in often. He also offered options start to finish. As far as Red Robin goes, this one nails the landing and goes above/beyond with their kind service and awesome local craft brew options. They even have a delicious Hazy Craft NA called Rationale. Another fun fact is that their high tops in the bar area have hooks for your bags. All of the staff here were seriously so nice and helpful. Lovely experience
