Absolutely love this place! We eat at Burger 21 often ( sometimes 2x in one day!) and have yet to have a bad experience. The food is always fresh and fast and the service and management are top notch. Try the Bacon Cheesy 4 pack Sliders with sweet potato fries and a Banana's Foster Milkshake! (Damn, now I need to go there for lunch!)
First time dining here and I really enjoyed it. My daughter had the Tex Mex Haystack (delicious), and I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the burger of the month (Bayou Burger: turkey burger w/andouille sausage, sautéed shrimp, and cajun slaw)...It was yummadumma!!! By far the most exceptional burger I have had in the Buford area. I found the prices to be a bit high but I will keep coming back anyway because the food and service has been amazing!

Loved the place & the concept! Yes, a little pricey. However, where can you choose from such a wide variety of burgers? Love that they offer veggie, chicken & seafood choices. And their shakes are great!! We will be back.
