The staff did a great job of explaining what they were going to do before they did it to keep my kids from being afraid!

It was a great experience. I love how well the staff are prepared to work with children.
My son is Autistic and has a tough time sitting still. Especially difficult for him is to allow someone work in his mouth (he's 6). Our assistant was very patient with him, and helped him get through his cleaning without problems. We are glad that we found Burg Pediatric Dentistry. We live near the Lonepeak office and now take our kids there. But we also lived near the Millcreek office and loved our experience there as well!

The dental tech who took my son's x-rays was WONDERFUL. This is the first time he didn't gag when taking x-rays. He was so proud of himself. Thank you!
The dental tech appeared to be in training and she actually missed quite a bid of stuff in on my son's mouth. Dr. Borne had to clean the teeth and pointed out to her what she had done wrong.
The lady who took care of the kids was lovely she explained to them in detail how to properly brush their teeth and floss. Everybody was very nice.
Everyone is always so friendly and professional. My twins love going to the dentist because they get prizes and watch movies during their appointments.
