When I arrived, it was very unorganized and claustrophobic. It didn't seem "overbooked" there was just a lot of chaos and it was very stressful for me to be even just waiting to talk to a receptionist. the receptionist seemed preoccupied and distracted it was not reassuring. When my 2-year-old was finally taken back everything went much smoother. She loved it and was not scared or hesitant at all. I was grateful for that. The assistants and dentist were great, but the receptionists' lack of organization really had me regrett... read more
Dr. Boren said my son had two cavities but he didn't say one was a crown. So up at the front desk I get this surprise and have to ask about treatment options on my own. More info from him would have been nice.

I absolutely love Burg. The kids are always excited to go and look forward to being cavity free. The staff is amazing and they make me and my children feel so welcome. The staff is professional and fun. I'm sure the kids would be there every day if it were up to them :)
We love the atmosphere at Burg Pediatric Dentistry. It seems their goal from the second you walk in the door is to make the kids as comfortable as possible. What six year old loves going to the dentist? Our does! Even the staff at the front desk went out of their way to greet my child and get to know her. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends.
We had a great last visit to the dentist last week. Both of my children allowed them to take x rays and have their teeth cleaned. They really enjoyed picking out their toys and getting balloons.
The kids are always excited to go. All the staff are friendly and have great chairside manners.
