Love this place my kids have been going for years.
Last time we went all my children still had plaque stuck on their teeth. Additionally, they started x-raying my kids before they had checked my insurance and came up to me afterwards saying the price had changed and there would now be a charge for the ones they had already taken. So I had to pay for those when we really couldn't afford it. Today was the last straw. I don't remember rescheduling them after the X-ray issue and why would I reschedule them for on my birthday? Now we have additional no show fees
