it is very rude to just repeat the same exact thing over and over. i obviously heard you the first time and your information was not helpful the first, second or fifth time. maybe better customer service is in order. I should have listened when i was told by several people to NEVER call. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

I called today about 5:25 because I had locked myself out of my car. I was told that they would be there in about 15 minutes and it would cost me $110 (which I was willing to pay). They (Kip I think is his name) didn't show up until 6:17 and was incredibly rude when I told him not to worry about it and that I had called A-1 towing. I explained to him why, after almost an hour, I had called another towing company who was there in 15 minutes and only charged me $75. We needed some new locks, other keyed to match, and new keys for some old locks. They were very helpful and quick to show up to do the job. We're very pleased with the service we received and the products they sold us. We would recommend their services.
