it is very rude to just repeat the same exact thing over and over. i obviously heard you the first time and your information was not helpful the first, second or fifth time. maybe better customer service is in order. I should have listened when i was told by several people to NEVER call. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
I called today about 5:25 because I had locked myself out of my car. I was told that they would be there in about 15 minutes and it would cost me $110 (which I was willing to pay). They (Kip I think is his name) didn't show up until 6:17 and was incredibly rude when I told him not to worry about it and that I had called A-1 towing. I explained to him why, after almost an hour, I had called another towing company who was there in 15 minutes and only charged me $75.
