They treat DISABLED AMERICANS differently than those who are not. Just because I have lung issues doesn't mean I should not be able to have services inside the building. We are human beings and should be treated as equals!!
I bought my 2020 Passat brand new from Burdick VW, and I have had nothing but issues with it. From the moment I brought it home, the vehicle was damaged on the lot. The front bumper, driver side window, and the rear right door were all damaged and had to be replaced and repaired. Since the first couple hundred miles, the lane keep assist has malfunctioned, the steering wheel is offset to the right, and the car wanders all over the road. RecommendedWe bought a VW Tiguan at Burdick and Emily was the BEST salesperson we have ever had while buying a vehicle. She knew everything about the car during our test drive, wasn’t pushy and let us take our time deciding, then answered all of my emails quickly and thoroughly! great services outstanding customer sevvice
5 Stars My daughter recently purchase a 2014 Jetta TDI. The staff at Burdick VW were great to deal with. She felt very comfortable through out the whole purchase process.
Would give zero stars but that is not possible for some reason. Burdick does not honor their warranties. Once they get your money they could care less. Horrible service department, horrible every department really.
I visited the Porsche dealership yesterday as my car was throwing an emissions code and I wanted to have it diagnosed. I called an hour before I arrived. The service writer got me right in and was extremely professional. She said she was filling in from over at Volkswagen. She was very helpful and even let me go back an talk to the technician working on my car. I believe his name was Matt. Keep up the good work and thank you for all your help!
The car was incredibly low-quality, multiple phone calls were not returned and I was just billed almost $1000 for "excessive wear and tear" on a vehicle I drove less than 25,000 miles, including a $148 fee for not returning the extra key fob (which was returned) and four $138 fees for "non-matching tires" (the car had snow tires at the time the lease was returned. The original tires are stored at Burdick). Absolutely criminal.
