My husband took me to Syracuse to look for furniture and somehow we ended up at Burdick Lexus!! There we met Debra who was able to let us test drive a 2016 GSF....Needless to say, Debra and the rest of the staff at Burdick made the process so amazing we now own our first Lexus! Thanks again Debra for making it all possible.
I love my RX 350. Thanks go out to Will for test drives, Don for showing me around the maintenance department, Kevin for getting the color combination I wanted and completing the sales. And a special thanks to Liz, she spent 1 1/2 hours showing me all of the features of my new ride. She also said to call if I had any questions, which I did the next day. I was unable to set up my remote app and she quickly resolved this issue for me. The whole experience was great! Looking forward to future business with Burdick Lexus.

I've been looking for a Lexus for about 2 years, but never got one because I was so unsure.
