Took my RX 350 for regular maintenance plus a gps required update. My RX was ready at the time promised and Abbey kept me updated on the progress. All “10’s” from me!
Even though I had made the appt. there was no high pressure to buy. I particularly liked working with a woman and felt her to answer my questions very straightforwardly. Even the sales manager was low key in what he had to offer in extras. I would not hesitate to call with questions or to go back to one of their support evenings that they have monthly.
The vehicles are great and the sales staff are amazing. I'm on my fifth one. Thanks Liz for all your help.
