Its a nice for the price, but i wish they would add a lazy river! It would make it that much better!
It's a great place to relax and hang out with your kids on a hot day. It's always clean and the lifeguards are vigilant and professional. I love the recent upgrades and I'm thrilled that I can share a place I grew up at with my children!
Concession stand was out of food, ketchup, and manners. Called pool manager while we were waiting on food. (Rude teen found ketchup when he saw me on the phone) She was very nice and brought over a supervisor that finally did get us our food. We waited probably 20 minutes for a hotdog, cheeseburger, fries, and nachos. Excuse was that they didn’t expect the business they have had and haven’t been ready for it. Never did really apologize.
Always enjoy Burdette. ....Now if they could offer some lap swimming for local (and visiting from afar:)) triathletes, swimmers, etc., they would seeeriously be upping their game. Could be offered early hours and toward closing so that the current "regulars" still get their time. I know many within the tri-state area would take advantage of this.
