1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Awesome work. Very rude customer service, though. I had to call and receive updates about my car each time. I had to call to see if the car ever even arrive at the shop. Then once you call you’re interrupted before you even express your concerns or questions. The only call I received was when it was time to pick the car up. Also, the shop didn’t replace my front tag the same as the previous one. 0 Star : My Experience I’ve left my 4-runner 3 times and is still isn’t right. We were rear ended from behind and Burchfield was recommended for repair, so I never even checked around at other places. Biggest mistake ever!. It’s absolutely ridiculous and this place is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I will continue to inconvenience myself and bring my truck back in until it it corrected. I have before and after pics for comparison to show the crappy job that was done.
