4 Star : Likely to Recommend Only reason it isn't a 10 is the length of time it took. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the experience. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Looks well done. The trunk lid doesn't quite sit as flush with the new quarter-panel as the un-affected one, but it's not all too noticeable. 5 Star : Customer Service They were professional and pleasant, even with my somewhat incessant calling for updates.
