The best customer service from beginning to end. Heather was very helpful, Rick was very professional and Dan (tow truck driver) was awesome. I had my truck towed from Gallitzin to Northern Virginia. By far the best experience and best prices. Definitely recommend Burchfield!
SPENT 45,000.00 ON A TRUCK THAT ENDED UP NEEDING 8,000.00 WORTH OF WORK AND WAS ONLY OFFERED 500.00. THIS WAS THEIR OWN TRUCK THAT THEY SAID ONLY HAD ONE DRIVER. FUNNY THIS TRUCK HAD THE WRONG THERMOSTAT IN THE ENGINE TO COVER UP THE REPAIRS NEEDED. WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!

Zero stars for these guys.. I drove well over 2 hours to buy a car from them and after I got there, they raised the price that we agreed on because they realized they could get more for it at auction. They didn't care at all how far I drove or that I took off work..
A flat tire in a rental car when our car is in the garage stinks but you sure made it a great experience. You got to us quickly and you were so kind. (and way faster than we'd have ever been!) Thank you so much! We will be calling you if the need ever arises again.
