I love Burchell. I’ve rented from them for about the past 9 years. Very easy to work with. Many properties, maintenance can and will fix any property issue, or they’ll send a professional. $5 late fee per day that you’re late on rent. In the nine years I’ve rented from them, they’ve only increased my rent once, and that is a god send.
