Very difficult management team to actually make contact with when you need assistance. Erroneous billing issues on their end take weeks to fix. Seems significant improvement in their billing systems are needed. Trying to call the office you are placed into an automated phone system which never results in a call back.
Victory at Burcham Place is a phenomenal place to live. The apartments are clean and modern. The management is always so helpful answering questions and responds to feedback. The renovation is amazing!! 10/10 recommend living here.
