Excellently trained staff I have been travelling all over world and abroad and must have stayed in more than 200-250 resort and I rate Burch St. casitas as the best in class when it comes to service. Excellently trained staff will really take care of your needs. Right from the security guard to receptionist to room service.
I would recommend again The place location was great. They were very nice and clean. My comments on the cleanliness-overall the condo was great but the rain shower is awful. The amount of mildew is terrible, I'd be furious. Overall, the condo is great, very private. But I would recommend again.
we all loved it! We really enjoyed our Burch St. Casitas. They were great, and even beat our high expectations. Definitely recommend this for families, we stayed with our 3 children and we all loved it.

It’s very good place I have been to Burch St. Casitas with my family. Its very good place with excellent service and quality. We had a comfortable stay here. They have good views. I would love Burch St. casitas.
This place is my favorite This place is my favorite place to stay in Burch St. Casitas. Check in was a breeze and the staff is super friendly. Rooms are spacious and spotless and the place itself is impeccable. The room service was fast and good!! I would not hesitate booking here again
The location is nice! The place is amazing! They are comfortable, the views were great and the staff was amazing! We especially loved our dinner at Burch St. Casitas. This was a very memorable evening. The location is nice. I highly recommend this place.
