Our business was in need of legal assistance in a hurry, and we were referred to Burch & Cracchiolo. Celia the legal assistant reached out to us within 20 minutes of being referred. She was able to schedule a meeting for us to talk with David Villadolid that afternoon. I was very pleased with how this was handled due to the urgency. No follow up! I submitted a 2 page long email on January 22, 2024, directed to Burch & Cracchiolo, attention attorney R.J. “Bucky” Slomski, regarding a potential medical malpractice and wrongful death case regarding my husband who passed away on May 11, 2024 after a 6 month long, cardio and traumatic brain injury illness, as well as nursing home abuse, overmedication and negligence.
