I have been going to Burch Dental for more than 20 years. I even carry Burch Dental Insurance. I don’t know what has happened but they are terrible to deal with. My latest appointment was just flat cancelled, not rescheduled. Daisy told me to just keep calling back to see if I can get an appointment. Hell no, I have never been treated so terrible and don’t know why. Never have had my appointments cancelled after 20 years. They just can’t handle the business any longer. Time to find another dentist.
