Horrible service towards black people in particular, all based on negative stereotypes. They follow you around the store and make it obvious too. I had a very rude black employee follow me everywhere and even into the elevator, confronted him and he told me that that is what they do. He said he was being a personal consultant and if I didn’t like it I could go to Walmart or Sears and will surely find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and a huge selection for men.
Seems to be a little prejudice towards Blacks. Would rather order online or buy from another location. Had a bad experience twice in one month. They didn’t make an effort to fix the issue. I’ve heard stories but got to experience for myself.
Destiny is the best ... her customer service is everything . Each time I’ve went to Burberry she and the rest of the store staff was amazing.. even though I had a hard time finding his items in his size ..
