They were very compassionate to my loss and stood by me for weeks while they made a new ring for me from just looking at photos. Zaven and his crew are amazing. I called to get ballpark pricing on rose gold and yellow gold 18 in thin chains and they refused to give me any range on pricing and said I had to come in. All that means is that they are car salesman that are terrible at customer service. I legit said, if you just give me a ballpark I’ll come in, if you won’t then you’re going to lose out on two sales.
