If you're skeptical or hesitating, just do it. If I could give this experience 6 stars, I would. First off, Jeannette (the owner) is super intelligent, compassionate, and welcoming. She explained all the benefits of the sauna and gave me advice about what I was going through. It wasn't her going through the motions, she was genuinely listening and responding.
