RecommendedI highly suggest you try this place. it's amazing. The owner Jeanette is just a beautiful soul. It's very safe and very very clean. The energy there is so peaceful. Soon as you walk in you feel peace over come you. I suffered from fibermialga and used to take 6 different kinds of medication. I found this place started going 2 times a week plus did a 21 day detox to reset my body and it's gone. I have been going here through this whole pandemic to detox all the toxins from my body. I love it! They start you off with lower heat and 30 minutes max. You have your own room and your own sauna booth. They add essential oils for aromatherapy and cold drinking water. Super clean and relaxing.
The most healing and relaxing treatment I have ever had. Jeanette and her staff are very helpful and welcoming.
Upon my visits to California I always make a point to visit the sauna. I feel amazing after the treatment.
30 minutes of peace to recharge and let life's worries melt away. 💦 It's one of the best ways to detox and burn off up to 600 calories. 💦 The chromotherapy 🌈 has helped me with conquering cold/flu symptoms and my aches & pains after an intense workout. I've been coming for over a year and plan on continuing for many more.
I absolutely love this place. I feel amazing, inside and out after a sauna sweat session. There's a lot of lttle extra, thoughtful touches that go into making this experience so wonderful. I feel pampered each time, from the decor, the peaceful, relaxing music, the essential oils, the alkaline water waiting for you in your room, to the friendly smiles that greet you when you walk in. Jeanette is wonderful and I'm so glad we have this wonderful place here in Burbank.
My husband just went recently and can’t wait to go again and I’m going with!!
