Dr. Burbank, I’ve been seeing you for a long time and consider you a friend. After moving to Sunset I continued to drive to your practice. After my last appointment I asked that I be removed from all of the text messages and calls to confirm appointments. Fran was not happy about this but seemed to agree, although she did so somewhat rudely. I assured her I would not miss an appointment and if something came up, I would call to cancel far in advance. I LOVE this place, my kids starting going here and after dealing with Burbank for them I decided to catch up on my dental work. The service is amazing, Mrs Fran is always responsive in any form of communication and Mrs. Chelsea is fun and entertaining to catch up with, making the entire experience enjoyable…..and for being a dentist office that is saying something!
