The maintenance done at Burbank is great. I just had an old ac removed and replaced with a new one. They always do what’s requested well.

The existing maintenance staff at Burbank apartments with a combined years of experience with this property, attention to detail, and caring of the tenants' needs and maintenance represents a significant asset to Burbank Apartments and its parent company First Realty Management.
Stayed here since summer of 2017 until June 2021, and it has been one of my favourite places to live in! Not only is management super competent and easy to communicate with, but the apartment itself was a gem. A studio with a kitchen separated form the living area, windows that reached the ceiling, a window in my bathroom which made showering in the morning so enjoyable, and most importantly its EXCELLENT location! Next to a WholeFoods and CVS, and a 5 min-walk to Newburry street and prudential center!
