The receptionist named Bryan in the front desk was rude. We came in late, and I completely understand what an appointment is for but life happens traffic happens and sometimes people can't arrive on time. He had a smart comment to say to his coworker asking her "why are people always late". And had a small conversation while we were right infront of him.
