Had an issue with our home A/C unit. Used Burban Air years ago when I had my huge warehouse for business. Anyway, contacted Burban Air on Monday and they had a service tech ( Taylor ) out the next day and arrived as as promised. We have a high flat top roof. We had a light rain which left a big puddle on our roof. It was no problem for Taylor. Got up there, serviced our unit and everything is working well. This is the only company I would call in the future.
