When I was 4 I was diagnosed with bipolar and ADHD and my mom was already see her so occasionally I’d tag along, she had a little kids corner. Jeannie treated me for 15 years. She doesn't keep notes on a computer. Trying to get information from her about my treatment and medications used is difficult. No fax machine. Handwritten records! Frustrating! Well after messing around for a week she finally admitted she destroyed my records last year! Without contacting me or allowing me to have or at least copy them! 15 years of treatment records GONE!
