Coming from two hours east of Arlington, we hoped to drop off and pick up our daughter's bow and violin around a planned flight out of town. As it turned out, that meant dropping off before normal business hours and picking up on a normal day off. Wayne and his staff were extremely accomodating and happily worked around our schedule. Outstanding service and excellent work at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Amazing buying experience. Sent videos and sound files of the type of sound I wanted, months in advance. Got picked up at airport by Nick, then given matching cellos to try. After I chose my cello (there was no pressure), Wayne spent the next TEN hours with me, setting up my cello just the way I liked it. Chose my own bridge, strings, tail piece, end pin, and pegs... after being allowed to try out many different options. The price... unbeatable. I went home and sold my Gadda without so much as a second thought.
