Nick helped in every way possible to find me a violin that I could fall in love with! Nick and Wayne are very welcoming and treat everyone like family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Best "retail" experience I've ever had (for lack of better terms) I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, I love my violin, and when an issue popped up, they jumped on it ASAP and got it fixed for me, thanks guys, :D
Every aspect of my experiences with Wayne and Nick has been a testament to their attention to detail, as well as their passion for quality and incredible customer service. Even the student model loaner cello I had for a week and a half got me excited to play. These guys knew exactly what needed to be done to revamp not only my sound but my comfort and confidence.
Excellent quality instruments for great prices! Wonderful service from knowledgeable, experienced musicians. They even bring instruments to Houston if you or your kids or teachers want to try out several to select which one feels/sounds best to you. You won't be sorry!
The craftsmanship and attention to detail that the Burak's put into their instruments is unobtainable anywhere else. I bought my cello from here a couple months ago in preparation for college and would not be happy with any other instrument. Thank you guys so much!
Wayne and Nick are incredibly gifted and knowledgeable. It is always an immense pleasure to see them and work with them. There is a feeling in working with them that you've come out with a true steal, not only because of the generous time they devote to each visit, but also due to the unbelievable sound and quality of their instruments (and services), and at an unparalleled price value. They are consummate musicians, and extraordinary luthiers.
Wayne and Nick are true craftsmen. It is always a pleasure to work with them. We had another great experience with them purchasing our son's new violin. It's tone and quality are of highest caliber--an incredible value!!
