Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
