I had my teeth cleaning on 23/12/25 i got bleeding on my gum and the person who did the cleaning was Kim she is more interested on knowing what sort of work can be done next on my teeth and recommend on big expensive procedures When I asked if its free or covered by my health insurance she said no , then i said to her clearly all I want is to have my teeth clean nothing else instead she kept looking at my teeth taking pictures , its like taking your car for a car wash but instead they want to check the car engine and body wo... read more

I had an emergency visit today, Bupa Hornsby was great. The manner and gentleness of Dr Anthony Chung was exceptional. I highly recommend this surgery. Probably the best dental experience I have ever had.
Simple, quick, easy. Booked apointment was on time and the checkup was easy going without anything bad.
I came at 15:38 today, been told need to make appointment for claim when no other people was waiting. Later on, I went back want to asking something else, she just ignored me. It’s really very bad experience.
