Such a positive experience with Dr. Araventh. He’s thorough, caring and genuinely checks in on how you’re feeling the whole way through. You can tell he loves what he does and it makes a big difference. Also big thanks to Pushpa at reception, she’s friendly, helping and always seems so lively. Loved my experience there!
Absolutely unacceptable. During a simple routine cleaning, the dentist nicked the inside flesh of my daughter’s lower lip, leaving her with painful ulcers. She is now struggling to eat, talk, and even sleep. What should have been a basic check-up has caused her unnecessary pain and distress. The rushed, careless treatment has left us shocked and deeply disappointed. We trusted this clinic because it’s Bupa-approved, but we will never return.
If I could give a 10 I would. By far the best dentist in my life of terrible ones. Araventh is an original - super empathetic and professional. This guy is a keeper and his support team also 10/10 Thank you Bupa management - look after this guy he is gold.
This was our first experience with Bupa Dental, and it was wonderful. The team is very professional. My son has anxiety and a phobia of dentists, but Dr. Ara and the staff were extremely patient and caring. They managed to clean his teeth and create a treatment plan in a calm and supportive way.
I can honestly say I became a Bupa member because of Pushpa at the Bupa Hornsby store. I walked in just looking for a quick dental check-up for my daughter, ready to pay full price since I didn’t have dental cover. Pushpa greeted us with such warmth and kindness, then explained how we could get the check-up for free by joining Bupa. She was very honest too — saying we could cancel anytime if we weren’t happy.
